First things first - start a log. You must drop everything and record/write down your experience as soon as it happens - including the time, the date, the weather, and anything else that may be a factor in determining whether or not your experience was paranormal or has an earthly explanation.
I've been recently experiencing paranormal events after an entity followed me home from a very dark investigation. I haven't experienced this level of paranormal in a very long time and will share with you my logs. Check back soon for my updates (3/9/26).
